Miracles do take a little bit longer but as we all know Barbuda is special Take a look at the progress at The Beach House since IRMA and as the Minister said last June at the roof topping off we all need to take our time and to do the job properly..
I understand that the Restaurant, Bar and Lounge will now open in the first quarter of 2019

Some things in Barbuda are advancing following Irma, some are moving faster than others and some haven't even started.
People need to understand that Barbuda is all alone wedged between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.
Until recently getting there has not been easy and today some of the people still have no electricity or running water, there is a shortage of things that the rest of us would see as basic provisions
Public buildings still have to be repaired, its a place where a bucket of KFC is seen as a treat and where some of my mates are still living in tents..
Today the Observer published this article its worth reading, paradise lost will only become paradise found if we all put our shoulder to the wheel
My sons Beach House Christmas party on Saturday may have been a brief respite for the children of Barbuda but more has to be done
It's Christmas time 2019 is just around the corner and we are just 7 months away from yet another hurricane season, let's hope Barbuda finds her feet and that her people come through this terrible tragedy stronger than before
We all need to help if we can.no matter how small the contribution

The Beach House had a 4500 square foot kitchen to serve 22 ROOMS, which was far too big Well the kitchens a bit smaller now as some of that huge space has been redesigned to form an extention to the dining room. Just goes to show what imagination, planning and a little bit of money can do.. most of all a committed team that makes it all happen
