What can u say !!!! Let me start by saying my wife would never stay in the same place twice as there is too many nice places in the world, that said we’re already talking about coming back this place is that good !! The staff are by far the friendliest people I have ever come across and it’s not just there job there naturally that way. Amazing places to eat and the facilities are amazing. I won’t bore you with anymore long winded reviews it’s simply just book yourself a trip here you won’t regret it.

We celebrated our "42nd" Anniversary at Pineapple Beach Club and had a wonderful time. Sanjay Ambrose, the Resort Manager, made sure to do her absolute best to comply with our special request for a ground floor Beachfront Room in the 200 Block. Every member of her staff was friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure that the guests were happy and provided for. When it comes to doing her job, Sanjay goes way more than the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy. Everything was perfect and we had no complaints about anything. Thank you Sanjay for making our Anniversary celebration the best we could hope for. We look forward to a return trip in the future.

I don't often write reviews, but I feel compelled to make this exception. Look at all the reviews on this resort, pick the best one and times that by 2. The location is fabulous. The staff is exceptional!! The resort is small, but that makes it special. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with open arms. Incredible resort. We went here for our honeymoon from May 11-18th and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The beach- white sand, turquoise water, just awesome. The waves were a bit rough most days due to the time of year and there was some seaweed but that's life. They did a great job keeping it well maintained and it was never difficult to find a lounge chair. If you're hoping to get a cabana though you're better off waking up early and claiming it with a towel.
The three pools were great and hardly used. The new 'quiet' pool is not on the map yet and this pool and bar were almost always desserted. A great place to go and relax. I do think its a shame/missed opportunity that the serenity pool isn't an infinity pool..since its right on the beach that would have been stunning. The main pool was the only one that seemed to ever get 'busy' and even then it never felt crowded.
We stayed in the gardenview room (202) and the view was actually quite nice and we found the location to be super convenient. The resort is on the smaller side and we had no issues walking everywhere- even up the hill to the Outhouse for lunch. The resort has beautiful gardens everywhere and its honestly just so pretty.
The room itself was dated. Since we were on our honeymoon, we were hoping to have one of the renovated rooms but that didn't happen. The room was clean and comfortable but the updates they are currently undergoing are needed. The bathroom in particular was a little dingy. We didn't spend too much time in our room though, so this wasn't a huge concern for us.
The lobby has free wifi- it can be a bit spotty but we tried not to be on our phones too much anyways.
The food was great! Not 'good for a resort' just straight up great. Since there is no limit on the a-la-carte restaurants we ate at those every night of our stay. We ate at the pineapple grill four times and each time it was incredible. We also at at Chef Pietro's twice and it was good as well, we just preferred the pineapple grill. We usually only ate at the buffet for breakfast but their breakfast was awesome. We were huge fans of the smoothie bar in particular. The Outhouse is where we usually went for lunch- some of the best ribs I have ever had. We also made sure to bring some wood with our names and honeymoon date to hang up there. The pelican grill was also pretty good- the wilikies burger with added guac quickly became a fave of mine. The bars were all good as well- the drinks they make are all super strong.
The nightly entertainment was good- however, we purposely chose this resort because it is quiet and we were usually in bed before the entertainment ended at 11. At night the pineapple grill converts to a disco but we never made it there.
We did a few excursions that we booked through our travel agent to avoid paying in US dollars- we went swimming with the sting rays and we did the Mystic sail and snorkle. Both were fantastic and well worth the cost. We also went into St Johns one morning for some shopping. Guest services will let you know which says they don't have cruise ships coming in- far less crowded that way. I also reccomend making the walk down to Devil's bridge. Beautiful landmark with a tragic history.
The staff were all super friendly, the organized activities each day were fun- my husband particularly enjoyed the beach volleyball. He played everyday and ended up making quite a few friends that way. Since the resort is so small you do tend to run into the same familiar faces each day and we were able to get to know a few of the other guests and some of the staff fairly well. We also went to the managers cocktail hour- which I highly reccomend going to! Its a great way to get to know some of the staff better and they give out some great prizes. I won a massage that we actually traded to another lady who had won a romantic dinner on the beach.
The private beach dinner was incredible. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our server Katlyn was incredibly attentive and the manager Vincent even came out to check on us. It was a neat experience and a great way to spend our last night in paradise.
The only real downside I can see is that the time of year we travelled is mating season for lobsters so lobster was unavailable- but this was just poor timing on our part.

A week at the Pineapple Beach Resirt left us happily ruined. Not sure how we have made it this long on the mainland after ending our trip back on March 7, 2018. Much research was involved in our selection of PBC. Our expectations soaring, we were blown away with our room, the beach, the people, the climate, even the food. Considering the height of our expectations, PBC far exceeded our dreams. Would certainly like to come back to this place. Mary’s Outhouse is a must. All of it is a must. We came here for our honeymoon, and with it also being our first trip ever, it's been amazing. We loved it and can't wait to come again!!! The people here are amazingly nice, it's quiet and there are lots of things to do. The beach is amazing. The food is great as well with multiple places to eat, and the drinks are awesome. All around great place to be. We will definitely plan to come again.

Just returned from one of best vacations of all our travels. Pineapple Beach Club is a very quaint and quiet resort. All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. There are so many activities to partake in either in the water or in the main lobby. The food was typical all inclusive resort food, however none of us went away hungry. We will return to Antigua and the Pineapple Beach Club.

This hotel and resort is truly a timeless classic full of rustic charm. Our two weeks spent here have been so enjoyable, made even more special by the wonderful staff and facilities.
Yes, there are hotels on the surface that offer more facilities and have marble floors and big names backing them. But they don't have the charm and charisma of this establishment.
There is a central entertainment hub where all resident congregate, the real heart of the place where you make new friends and can chat to anyone at will. We all want to meet new people and make friends and this is the perfect environment to do so.
We've met singles, couples and groups all lovely people. Some have been coming back to the same resort for over thirty years

I really enjoyed my stay at the pineapple beach club last week, the breakfasts were delicious every day, the pineapple grill food was soooo good, the beach was amazing and the ribs at the Out House were to die for.

Thank you Amber, for the perfect room! Wonderful resort. Great, tasty food and buffet right on ocean!! Lovely beach with lots of chairs and snorkeling right there. Beach front room was great. Bathroom not renovated, but who cares and I loved being able to have a bath :) Beds and pillows are nice and comfy and rooms are super clean. Thank you to the wonderful staffRennata, Tehronwish I could remember all the names. We won a trip on the Calypso Cat at the Managers special night so make sure you go :) And I loved donating at the end to help the people of Barbuda. Wishing them all the very best!

Two trips down next one booked!! Absolutely love everything about PBC, and the amazing staff. We got married there in May which was a fantastic day couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day thanks to all involved. PBC has now become our home from home and I can’t see us going anywhere else now!! Can’t wait to return!

We have been here 10 days now and will be sad to leave tomorrow. This is a piece of paradise. Clear turquoise seas, white sand and a pretty bay to walk around. Lovely spacious, clean rooms, comfy beds, large terrace’s looking straight out over the sea. Food choices are very good and varied. Plenty of branded spirits available and soft drinks. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. What more could you wish for! Happy days.

Currently sitting here at Pineapple Beach Club and enjoying every minute. Everything here is above and beyond what was expected. The staff, food, drinks, beach, pools and our room are wonderful. We have a beautiful beachfront room and it is absolutely amazing to walk right out the door and be at the beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always making sure your vacation is what you expected and more. I will write more after we return homewe are halfway through already and I will find it hard to leave.

Writing this whilst lying on the beach at PBC. This is our 5th return , having had a break of 3years. In one of the waterfront rooms and loving the renovation . Brightened the rooms up and added a sofa on the balcony to sit and enjoy the views . Highly recommend . Room 518 ��

I don't normally write reviews, but this time I feel that I need to show my utmost appreciation. The PBC is by far my favourite holiday of all time. The staff are perfect; excellent gracious, well balanced service that was GENUINE. The impression I got was that everyone took pride in their work and I really respect that. The food was fabulous (I think I've gained a few pounds!). The beach was beautiful; I arrived with a frozen shoulder, but swimming every day in the sea and being thoroughly looked after has meant I've returned home feeling better. My husband had a huge grin on his face after his daily sailing lesson with the lovely Kerry. The resort is beautifully maintained and the family atmosphere is priceless. PBC, you are 5+++ Stars in all the important ways. Can't wait for my next visit. Thank you. xx

The Pineapple resort was great. We actually were allowed to switch from st. James die to all the sea weed but the service was better and so much more friendly. We had an amazing room by the beach and met some awesome new friends! The food was good, beaches were clean, and the staff was great about keeping everyone updated on events on site and offsite excursions. I would love to go back.

We stayed at the Verandah but got a day pass to visit the Pineapple Beach Club. It’s wonderful! Beautiful beach with plenty of lounge chairs, are lunch overlooking the beach, staff is very friendly and helpful. We wish we would’ve stayed there instead and if we return to Antigua we definitely would.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pineapple Beach Club. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet was great and they mixed up the menu daily for a variety of tastes. Couldn't beat the Ocean view room we had for scenery. Great place to get away and sit back and unwind.

I love this place- it captured our hearts with its beauty and people. Antigua is stunningly beautiful and Pineapple Beach Club is a great resort to unwind, meet new friends and have a ton of fun. Loved the view from the Oceanview rooms- worth walking the stairs. Great food - Mary’s Outhouse was wonderfully and so was the buffet. Fun entertainment and great staff. A big thank you to Sanjay the manager for the tour and letting me know about all the new things coming and the renovations. If you think it is wonderful now - just wait until you see what is coming! I love that beach and walked it multiple times a day - feeding the fishes with Elizabeth we had many conversations with locals and visitors alike. The Calypso Cat was awesome and we really enjoyed the Pink Panther Tour. We will be back!

A truly wonderful resort. Small, but that’s why it is special, you get to know the staff and other guests. The beach is gorgeous, if you are looking for a place to put your feet up and relax in the sun, go no further! We have been 3 times and can’t wait to return for our 4th. Well done, PBC!!!!�

The beautiful staff treated us like family. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep each night. The room was comfortable and clean. The food is excellent. Can't wait to return to Pineapple Beach Resort!
