We loved this event. There was some confusion from other people saying things about captive or not etc. The stingrays are free to come and go as they want. They still have there barbs and there is no nets anywhere. On the day we went there were dozens of them swimming around checking out people looking for squid. They are amazing. You also can do some snorkeling. The water is shallow and beautiful.
I fully recommend this event to anyone. My girlfriend was hesitant about doing this but looked the t shirts. So made a deal with herself and her sister inlaw. If she touched a stingray she got a t shirt. She loves her new t shirt.

The stingrays have their stingers removed and are so used to be around people; it was an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and encouraging. Once in a lifetime opportunity for sure.

We arrived by speed boat all throughout is Amazing blue clear water. The staff was extremely attentive, encouraging and outgoing. The Stingrays are accustomed to be surrounded of people so it's perfectly safe.

I was terrified when i first got into the water but the staff was very supportive and patient. It was a surprisingly delightful experience that i will remember for a long while! You get to interact with Stingrays and snorkel to see the beautiful coral reefs with accompanying aquatic life.

Great experience. The guides are knowledgeable, professional and care about the stingrays and other fish. This isn’t some cheesy zoo like tour. It was a fun and safe snorkel adventure.

    Love love love
One of the best experiences of our lives.
We were a little worried about the birds in cages because one of them looked a bit poorly but the staff knew it was and I think were looking after it. I'm not a big fan of birds in cages but they looked reasonably well looked after.
The stingray experience was just mind blowing in every way.

Amazing experience! Wonderful people! We went on the perfect day when the Cruz ships weren't in Port so we did not have to compete for an experience. Loved it.

My husband and I did booked a reservation for the last day of our honeymoon. We really enjoyed the experience. There were people of all ages in our group, so it is definitely easy to navigate. The staff are friendly and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. The stingrays we're amazing! I'm so glad we did this. We were also able to snorkel a bit too. If you have a waterproof action camera I recommend you bring it. They do sell pictures which come out great, but if you want any underwater shots you'd have to take your own. It was a great experience, we highly recommend it!

My husband and I had a fantastic time at Stingray City. The staff were very friendly and informative about stingrays. The staff were also helpful with calming nerves and assisting with holding and feeding the rays. A highlight of our vacation! The rum punch was delicious!

An excellent experience that should not be missed if you're visiting Antigua. I had come close to stingrays on several occasions in the past but I had never considered something like this to be possible. The staff are also very friendly, which is always a plus. The experience starts with an orientation and a short 10 minute boat ride to the offshore location. After entering the water it is unbelievable how close of an experience you'll have. The stingrays will literally run into you and you'll be able to feed them directly in the mouth with food that is provided free of charge (something that would be extra anywhere else). They will also help you hold one and take a photo of you, which you can buy when you return to shore. Further, they provide everyone with snorkels which you can use to explore the reef as much as you like. Overall, a wonder experience. MUST DO IN ANTIGUA.

Sting Ray City is simply awesome. A short ride through the mangroves got us to a sandbank where the stingrays live. Snorkel with them, feed them, hug them (sort of). It's great fun and was certainly more entertaining than Nelson's Dockyards.

Reminiscing on our time here last February. Excellent experience. I was lucky enough to get a "love bite" they tell you might happen! Felt really weird! And the rum punch is strong so be aware of your shuttle group departure! We hope to be back.
