Great place and atmosphere. my only complaint was the weak coffee and the very very very slow speed that it would take for the coffee to come after they'd ask if I wanted a cup of coffee. One time I was done with my meal and about to leave before the coffee arrived. Other then that I enjoyed myself. Food was excellent. The Topaz and the rib shack on the hill were the best restaurants.

I loved this place. Low key, beautiful beach, and clean rooms. Staff were extremely friendly. If you are looking for a party place, this isn't the resort for you. We were always able to get a lounge chair on the beach. Make sure you have lunch at the Outhouse restaurant. Good entertainment and the pool fitness class is terrific. Would recommend.

Amazing place, the Staff always happy with warm, candid and approachable personality. This people were at every moment ready to convert your day a great one. Perfecrly located at the foot of a beautiful clean and clear water beach.
The Buffet food was ok, nothing salt and pepper can't fix, the other restaurants located at the Hotel premises the food is delicious. The hotel also has enough actievities during at night to keep you entertained.

We had a great time while staying here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's a little older resort but well maintained. We were surprised at how good the food was at the specialty restaurants.

Fine sandy beach, good swimming in the ocean, plenty of drinks and food. Beautiful resort. It took effort to get a smile from some staff, tho. Too busy? Lingering British influence?

Went for a bit of Winter sunshine and was very impressed with the resort. Beach was beautiful and the pools were great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever too much for them. Food was well above anything we have had from all inclusive recently, great choice. The only drawback for us personally is the resort is a little isolated if you fancy popping in to local towns / villages on foot however there is a great taxi service across the island. As I said that is a personal issue and does not in any way detract from the fantastic week we have just had at Pineapple Beach Club. We highly recommend it to anyone wanting a bit of quality R&R.

Went on a family vacation here, and it was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever been on. The staff is exceptionally friendly and nice, I cannot say this enough. The water was very clear, the vegetation around the resort was pretty, and overall it was just amazing.
They have a lot of scheduled activities everyday. They have Water Sports that I was able to walk up and rent a lot of stuff without reservations. They had those small wind catamarans that they would take you out on spur of the moment, a paddleboat, paddleboards, and even windsurfing and kayaks. There was also beach volleyball everyday at 4.
I am a really picky eater, and was relieved to see they have a snack bar that serves cheeseburgers, pizza, and other finger foods. Breakfast at the Topaz was always good, their bacon was amazing and I loved the cinnamon in the pancakes. The Outhouse was probably the best place to eat lunch, their BBQ Ribs were excellent and the view couldn't be beat.

Honeymoon trip. Check-in was the only part of the experience we had a problem with. We had to make a big stink in order to get our $250 resort credits and the king size room we requested was 2 singles. Once we got those items fixed, we had a fantastic time. We did a catamaran ride and stingray beach, which you can book in the lobby, and it was great. The food was better than expected and the drinks were good. We ABSOLUTELY love it here.

The location is awesome, nice beach with a reef close to shore that you can walk out to and explore. Hotel staff is amazing and hotel grounds and structures are well maintained. Hotel is a little dated but they are in the process of renovating rooms. The Outhouse restaurant has amazing BBQ food and a great laid back atmosphere. This place doesn't have all the bells and whistles like that if the newer mega resorts but that's part of the charm of this place. If you want a truly relaxing vacation in a little slice of paradise then this is the place for you.

Beautiful location, only a stones throw from the beach, quaint colonial Caribbean building Complex, with some modernised rooms and others yet to do. We stayed in the garden rooms that have not been updated yet. Food excellent and varied. Drinks both local and branded. Nice white & red wines. Try a lovely pinacalada to cool you off whilst on the beach and don't forget to get the party started with a bob marley shot or two. Good nightly entertainment, lovely welcoming staff. Plenty to do with varied trips including swimming with stingrays and Shirley heights . Also free water sports; snorkeling, sail boarding & canoeing to name but a few.
A few tips for newcomers :Breakfast: get your eggs made to order, for an omelette take a small bowl fill it with your toppings and pass it to Jo-ann To make. She also does poached, scrambled & fried . make sure to visit the outhouse Rib shack for some great tasting ribs, chicken and a cold beer out the cooler. Take some coloured sharpie pens and leave a plaque in memory of your visit .Towels : get from left hand side of the main bar or on the beach from where you take out the water sports equipment. As usual if you want your pick of the sunloungers you need to be up and about for 6am. Buy a bottle of water then fill it from the bar for the rest of your stay. There are loads of birds flying around at breakfast and lunch so cover your drinks with a plate. They think nothing of perching on the side taking a drink and then leaving you a little something.Phones : obviously it depends on your carrier but probably £5 a day + other charges so turn of data and don't use SMS text buy the Internet package and use what's app for your phone calls it's even good enough to face time or live stream (at less busy times). If you have a late flight you may be able to keep your room for $65 or $20 for a half an hour in a shower room. And finally if you want chips with your lunch you can get them from the snack bar at the back of where you get your towels.
