The Hadeed Motors Vehicle (New and Pre-owned) Sales, Service, Parts, Financing (Finance and Development) Company is situated on the Old Parham Road in St. John's. This company has been in business for several years and their vast experience and knowledge is to the benefit of their many customers like myself. The Authorized dealers for Nissan, Suzuki and others in Antigua and Barbuda certainly knows their business.
The customer service was outstanding; being friendly yet quite efficient and helpful helped me to exceed my original motor vehicle wishes. Several options and features for the various vehicles exist, however the feature set selected on the vehicles were obviously well thought out and this come from experience and knowledge of the marketplace. Knowing what the customer really requires and helping them acquire it seems to be one of their strong points and that was much appreciated. The sales reps, the Financing Staff, The Security at the gate, The general office and support staff all played an important role in achieving customer satisfaction.response / report this review -
