  Absolutely fantastic service from Anas, Jessie and the team. They all have loads of knowledge and expertise on all the Macs in store and I was given a great deal with 1000 dos discount and a good trade-in price for my 5 year old MacBook Air. Little extras such as transferring files from my old Mac, tuition on the new 15 inch pro I'd just bought, and offers of ongoing help, make this retailer the best place to buy a Mac in the Mall. While other shops sell the same machines, the level of service from this hugely knowledgeable, international, multilingual team is second to none.

  Good service and Janine is so friendly. She knows her job and fixed my problem for a few hours only. Her manager is also accomodating -Anas and willing to help. Overall 95% 👍🏼

  Today, I went to I style al wahda mall branch and asked for help in transferring my files from IPhone 6 to my newly purchased IPhone XS and I am so grateful for the great service given to me by Ms. Olevia. It took quiet some time to transfer the files but she was really patient and even cheerful in helping me. My files had been transferred to my new phone. So glad for her great service.

  good service and amiable staff, I am android phone and windows laptop user for a decade and the staff introduce me about the convenience of having apple product from phone to Mac and how my life easier
  
  I am old and unable to catch the technology faster but the staff have patience on me and its like tutorial and help me to learn more thank you and more power to the staff and managers they are the best!
  
  Regards to April she is good in technical and able to explain in the most catchy words as simple as possible because being in 60's is hard to catch up on this technology now a days.

  i like it that iStyle Al Wahda store design is relaxing to look at, well lit, colors are neutral and pleasing to eyes. Plus the friendly and accommodating staff who are ready to answer any questions about their products. i think they are well trained too, their product knowledge is incredible.

  nice ambience of the store even you are far away, and when i enter the shop staff is smiling accomodating and descriptive about apple products.
  
  and also nice smell of the store. they also help me to transfer the files from the new iphone i bought. thank you istyle because i value my pictures and videos from my kids and they helped me even there so many customer. thumps up! to the team!

  I PHONE 5S IS LOCKED, I TRY TO START BUT CANT OPEN MY PHONE. I ERASE ALL DATA AFTER FULLY CLOSED, I FORGET APPLE ID AND PASSWORD AS WELL.
