  Fraud company, took my 100+ AED as VAS service which I get to know after 10 months they looted a lots of money from me.
  Customer care service personnel KALPESH forced me to give 5 star and mocked me by saying the service is deactivated and requested for refund finally I myself did the deactivation after so many months.
  I have already mail them with my mail id but still no response....
  Feeling cheated..
  Note:-
  The Du app or SMS for deactivation will never show you if any VAS service is activated you have to check your message one by one to find if any services is being activated by du if you didn't find then you have to change the SIM to other service provider..
