  Such a worst experience ever i had from a customer representative! His name is Yohannes Berihum.
  
  I went with my friend to help him with his communication, and this person named Yohannes Berihum (Customer Representative) treated me as well as my friend in rude and arrogant behavior.
  He refused to talk me on behalf of my friend who has problem with his English language.
  
  I repeat his name one Mr. YOHANNES BERIHUM.

  Du Telecom Company i happened to have a very good experience here, this was opposite to Dalma Mall, as I entered here i took a token, then sat in the waiting area nearby, my token number came in few minutes and had to have a word with the customer service incharge. Must say the staff there were very much helpful and very easy available. Hope you have a good time and also get your telecom done through du. Nice visit and service. :) add life to life with Du. thank you

  Very bad service. I visited their main branch in Hamdan st. Someone named Randolph assisted me. He was raising his voice at me and he didn't even bothered to help me when i tried to question the transaction again. What kind of customer service that doesn't even respect their customers? VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR STAFFS. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS.

  I’m writing this letter to appreciate you and your team for an outstanding customer service your counter staffs are offering to your DU customers.
  
  It’s been a while since I have been using UAE telecom network by Etisalat and DU but honestly on 30th October to visited your HO in Abu Dhabi on Hamdan street and meet one of your agent name RAJA LAL, I can tell you he had the highest level of customer satisfaction I have every received from any telecom offices. He went all the way to make sure he closes the deal and make sure the customer gets what he needs.
  
  The most impressing part was on 30th he was not able to get the approval for me to buy my device and asked me to contact next day, but next day he made sure I get the approval and called me from his own phone just to update me that he manage to get the approval and I can come to the HO and collect my device.
  
  The passion which he showed to satisfy my needs was outstanding, I have never found any staffs who works for an organization in a way as if it’s his own business. Every organization needs a dedicated employee like RAJA specially during this difficult time where every single piece of sale matters the most.
  
  Seeing the dedication of Raja even my father who was always an Etisalat network user migrated his number to DU and bought a device from DU.
  
  Thank you Raja for your great service and thank you DU for hiring such professional staffs who goes out of their way just to make sure 100% satisfaction is offered to their respective customers.
