Been treated Terrible booked table then had to wait 45 minutes for it . Asked for a blue Safire girl didn’t know what it was then got served my husband’s drink. Waiter never had a clue . Than all because we’re half board the menus was very very restricted. Staff not helpful only good thing was the saxophone player will not be coming back got our food rice mushy had to ask what was in the jug that came to the table . Waiter didn’t know . Had to ask for a drink. Service terrible

I rated the front desk lady, I didn’t get to try the food.

I tried to call the restaurant for to reserve a table many times but no one picked up. So I went as a walk in customer and I asked for a table outside, all the tables were fully booked, and the lady said if you want to sit outside you can go to a different restaurant!!!!. However, I decided to sit inside and try the food since the smell was nice, I found an empty table outside and asked one of the waiters if we can sit on that table if the customer who reserved it is not coming, the front disk lady came back again and started saying: I said that there are no table outside and 5 minutes waiting will not change the Suitiation!! And her attitude was very rude and not respectful! As if we committed a crime!! Maybe because I’m not wearing a gucci belt she thought that I might not be a valuable customer or maybe she just doesn’t know how to communicate with guests! Whatever the issue it needs to be fixed!

We visited here while staying half board. I thought the food was good and only a few items like lobster come with a supplement.

We started with a shared half duck. This was excellent and would normally come with a supplement but there was no supplement when 2 people share it.

Sweet and sour chicken was very tasty and the cod with pomelo was good. The waiter swapped 1 dessert for a fried rice. The fried banana was enough for 2 to share.

One of the better options for half board.

One of the best Chinese restaurants with amazing flavors and made with excellent quality ingredients. Priced well compared to other restaurants of equal caliber and great views and ambience. Service could be crisper but def worth a visit while in town.

Top notch Chinese Restaurant in 5 star hotel environ. Excellent service. We ordered 4 main courses & used voucher offer to pay for two of them. Wine available by the glass if needed.

I haven’t tasted many great chinese food in the UAE, but they had some of the best here. Décor and ambience is top notch, while the service staff were always waiting on your table unobtrusively, ready to attend to your every need. The bill for our 3-person meal came up to 600+ aed, but at least the price was worth it.

Outstanding. Delicious. Incredible! Our favourite Chinese in Dubai. It is expensive but boy do you get what you pay for. Everything we've had has been perfect escort one dish (which was quickly removed and replaced with the usual quality). Service exceeds Jumeirah's reputation.
