  Worst service ever! Items were damaged, no call back. Had to call them and follow up several times myself. Instead of inspecting pure silk item with torn threads they tried "fixing" the torn threads in the fine silk. The manager refuses to speak to and handle the customer complaint. Very unprofessional and not to be used for any delicate item (business shirts, silk, blazers) . Customer service is below all levels and clothes handling incredibly poor!
