Clean area, nice shop and the treats are good quality ones. Price is a bit high but they offer good products.

They groomed my sons two cats last week, fast service and they looked very clean upon return.
The driver was very polite and friendly when handling the cats.

My two cats went in for a grooming, it took longer than expected, and upon return the cats passports and vaccination cards were NOT returned. The service is terrible, they are saying the documents were returned and we have lost them!! Now they want us to confront their driver and have a talk to see who's telling the truth!! In this matter the Manager has not even bothered to resolve or call us!! Be careful, even handling of the animals was rough.

Our daughters 2 dogs get groomed in the spa in this location, they conveniently do drop off and pick up services at a good price of 190dhs for our two maltese puppies.
I like the way they cut the face specifically and they are quick with the drop off as well which is a plus!
We get our weekly food also which they deliver for only 15dhs to the Palm Jumeirah where we stay.
Recommend them if you need quick delivery. Time is extremely important in my world!!response / report this review -

I have two cats and I usually get all my cats necessities from this store located walking distance from my place. The staff are very nice and they always have what I need. They had a really good selection for cat Christmas clothes this year which I loved. They also do delivery which I don't use as I like the walk especially since the weather is good now.
I recommend them also for grooming as they know how to cut my persian kitties very well and they come very fresh every time.response / report this review -

So just came out of the store with chewing snack for my dog for 195! I was there with my kid and didn't pay attention to what was put on the till. Next thing I know is cashier informs me that they don't do returns! Ridiculous! Beware and stay away!

The most horrible place ever. They took my dog for grooming for 6 hours instead of 2 without knowing where he is every time I called. This is a warning for everyone to never trust this place. Let alone my dog came back with bloody paws cause of terrible grooming and nails cutting.

I really like this store, I visit weekly for my cats litter sand which is really cheap and get her food too. The staff is very cheery and knowledgable.
I have tried the grooming once and it is very good, they were on track of time and my pet returned very well .

I take my two spaniels to The Greens branch for grooming on a regular basis and I think that they do a great summer cut for spaniels. I also find the staff very friendly and helpful, not sure why they are getting such bad reviews on here!!!

The absolute worst pet store I have ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE! The staff are not helpful and there is absolutely no attempt at good will. The products they sell are also all cheap with a high price. I'm talking cheap quality products that break within 2 minutes. And they do not replace them. I will never be going back here and suggest you never visit. Do not buy the wind-up rat and the laser pointer. Terrible product.
