Terribly disappointed with this company’s service.
Still very shocked it is even a working company with the level of unprofessionalism we faced. The first day they show up for inspection in the morning and then say they are going to buy the required parts after taking an advance of 1000 then show up at night and stick around till 11 pm trying to fix. They didn’t bring half the stuff needed because he never wrote it down so kept having to go back to the shop. Also insisted to purchasing everything from a store in al quoz which was unnecessary as enough around Jebel Ali.
Then, leakages still persist the next morning again and continued for the next days until we hired a real professional maintanance team. AED 2200 down and still wondering what I had paid for.response / report this review -

Came after about 2 or 3 hours and did what we needed but took advantage of my wife to charge extra. Only did about 30 minutes of work and just added an extra hose splitter to this hose to go out to another appliance and they charged AED600 cash only. Should have been covered by the 100AED charge to come have a look.
Be very careful with this company and don’t trust them and negotiate or send them away and call someone else.response / report this review -

Called these guys in the middle of a minor plumbing emergenc, and despite it being at around 7pm on a Friday, they responded and arrived at the house within just half an hour. Their work was quick, and manner was very pleasant. Recommend them 👌

The work was done in the time estimated, the quality was high and per expectation and the guys helped me out with an additional cooler I bought myself. Great job done and recommend the team!

If there is -ve 10 rating, I will give so. I need to report crime to police in order for this company's technician to get back to me.
The technician took my washing machine, promised to deliver 1 day later. I called/whatsapp many many many times to chase the delivery of my machine, no response until I said I would call the police.
DO NOT trust the reviews, they are fake. Get another company with better service.response / report this review -
