we are the first one who moves to build number 9 and we rent 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms for 2 years now,
there are a few series problems with this building,
1st: no camera in parking someone scratch my car with their keys while smoking in the parking area I had to pay 4000 DHS to repair it and WASL PROPERTY didn't do anything about it nor was security able to find a person who done it.
2nd: we find 12 rats so far in 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms and there are still many moving around at night and making so much noise I put some pictures as proof of word have video of capture just in case WASL property didn't do anything about it, even we contact Dubai municipality they also inform to file a case in Land department,
3rd: false alarm has been killing us 24/7 they didn't put any AC or any sort of root in the kitchen for cooking so little smoke can trigger the alarm sometimes it come 2-3 am some times 6-8 am it will be a nightmare if you have infant child in home imagine.
4th: rent compare to everywhere is 20,000 to 25,000 DHS higher,
we suffer for 2 years living in this building.response / report this review -

Not quite place lot of noise drilling semi daily.. people they are talking loud in the corridor they don't respect.. nightclub beside the building fighting laughing singing

One of the best place to stay in Dubai. Very quite and calm place. And buildings are very new and having good security service. Plenty of space for free car parking. Running track is most attractive around the park.
