I took 4 months for me to get a visit visa through them. I was the one following up it made me tired. They always give fake promises and when they don't meet promises they become rude.

Worst ever experience and staff I ever seen in a tourism industry.

I been here in uae for 16 years and dealt with various travel agencies.

This travel agency is super unprofessional, they never coordinates, no pro service. Their intention is only to grab money and then you as a customer will calling twice a day to get your word done.

Please don’t be a victim of them.
