Rude and arrogant staff, specially ( Ali ) shisha maker, insisted to leave the table since its reserved. No signs for reservation applied. Just in case of giving table to someone who can have shisha and give them money, they can pull you out from the place were you are seated. Arguing and body language as if they will fight. No action taken from the management even I have given my feedback. Make sure if you have important guest and you want to impress them or make them explore the city attractions don't choose alibhai dada, they will make you ashamed.
Spent my money with my entire family and guest from my country, and experience was worthlessresponse / report this review -

You are wost agency and you are *bullsht You didn't give notice or inform my work office there in Bahrain that there is cancel flight for Philipine Airlines here in Dubai today, 31 of May 2022. The PAL said you should give notice long time before as we bought the ticket in your agency. And now I got stuck here in Dubai waiting another 24 hours I need to pay again the rebooking of my domestic flight in Philippines because of your stupidness.

Excellent Tourism company. They have my 5 star for the Desert Safari tour - Nice SUV ride, experienced Tourist Guide, complete tour experience as advertised and as paid for, etc. etc. !!!
