The store is massive and offers a great choice and variety. The service was excellent, the employee was very helpful and knowledgeable. Huge choice in IPad and Laptop accessories along with a really cool retro gaming section and Apple Store. Highly recommend visiting this store if in MOE.

unbelievably disrespectful staff. I entered the store and browsed the videogame section for the Xbox one, to my surprise I had noticed 4 individuals sitting down trying a video game on display on a screen. as I was also interested in this game I sat down to await my turn to play. after waiting for all 4 individuals to finish their turn it was finally my turn to try the game, after about 30 seconds of me trying the game an employee of the store approached me and said "stand up" in an extremely condescending and disrespectful tone, after waiting for him to justify his reason to act this way with a simple "it's not allowed to sit here" or "sorr y but you can't sit confront of the screen like that" he simply said stand up now or im going to close it, referring to the game on display. confused by the way he was acting I said "excuse me" as he was closing the game on display. he then looked at me and said "excuse me?" in an even more condescending tone again. I then looked at him and told him to get me the manager. after which he looked at me and said "I am the manager" as tho it justified his actions.

Virgin is always a fun store to visit. They have a range of unique products ranging from clothes, electronics, drones, music equipment, music cds and more.

If you ever need to find a gift for somebody, this would be a great place to find something.

Prices can bit a little bit more expensive to the local market but the idea is, its a one stop shop 😎

I never thought I'd be buying stuff from virgin here as I usually get my electronics from abroad as I perceive it to be cheaper.

This time I went in as they had a Merlin digital stall with products that my colleague at work recommended. I can say at least these guys have reasonably priced decent quality products!

From the looks of things there were a lot of different concessions with familiar brand names, but I can't say I've done a price comparison.

What I like about this place is the vibe, it is definitely cool just to walk around. The staff were friendly, and definitely know what they are doing in terms of returns, exchanges, upgrades warranty and so on.. Keep it up!
