Very bad clinic for dental treatment! I made very bad experiences with this clinic because they made money with me but did not perform their jobs probably. They claim patient rights and to make patients happy. In reality I experienced the opposite. They put a onlay but stopped the adjustment process because they did not like to continue - despite me being in pain. I'm left on my own to look for fix.

In March 2016 I went to clinic with a small broken piece of a tooth, but I did not have any pain at the time. Dr. Florian of the clinic told me i needed an onlay, i asked him about any risk and he ensured me that there would be no risk at all and i did not need a root canal because I did not have any pain and my tooth was fine. i paid around 5'000 AED in total. One week later he put an onlay on my tooth and sent me home. 3 days later I got a lot of pain and came back to clinic and heard that Dr. Florian left the clinic. I was shocked because the clinic did not tell me about that when they sent me to Dr. Florian. The clinic sent me to another dentist, Dr. Berry. He looked at the problem and told me I needed a root canal. I was shocked again, because when I went to the clinic at the first time, I had no pain and did not need a root canal treatment. I had to accept it and get the root canal treatment. Then, they put an onlay on my tooth and sent me home. After a period of calming down the nerve pain an only was newly laid on by dr berry. The onlay was too high and I had difficulties to eat and pain because the bite was off balance. Additionally, a piece of tooth cement from the onlay went out and closed the area between the teeth so that I could not floss. I came back to the clinic, Dr. Berry adjust a little bit and told me the cement problem was not a problem although he tested and saw I could not floss. He sent me home again. But 3 days later I still had difficulties to chew, i called the call center of the clinic and asked for help because Dr. Berry told me I did not need to come back and he did not want to perform further corrections, The call center sent me to another Dentist, Dr, Elisabeth, she tried to adjust (twice) which only improved the problem slightly and did not resolve it - and then asked me for payment for her work. I did not agree because the clinic told me adjustments are free of charges. After arguments they refused to continue adjustment although my onlay is still high and I still have a difficulty to eat. Cannot believe how bad this clinic treats their patients and how little they repect and value their published patient rights.

I had a small broken piece of my tooth by the beginning of March, but no pain at all. I saw dr. Florian Bretz of the Drs. Nicolas & ASP. Dr. florian told me that i need an onlay. i asked him about risks and side effects of the onlay, because I had no clue about that and this is the first time I heard about onlay. He said: 'nothing! it will be the best`. After he put the onlay on my tooth, I have pain especially after eating. He saw him for 2 adjustments, then at the 3. adjustment (2 weeks after the 1.first appointment), the clinic said dr. florian left the clinic. I was not informed at all that Dr. Florian was leaving the clinic, when I booked the first appointment with him. The clinic still booked appointments with their doctors who were leaving the clinic. This is not serious, because such treatments need time.
I was sent to another doctor of the clinic. He did some adjustments, but the pain is still here. Yesterday, he told a part of the onlay out and promised: 'it will better'. But the pain is still here. I lost my trust in the clinic. What they promise is not true and they are not serious. The sad thing is when I go to the clinic I only had a small broken piece of my tooth and I did not have any pain. After visiting the clinic I have pain. Additionally, the onlay is very expensive: 4'800 AED!
