  Vazir group has provided me with great support and vast amount of information and did all the work to get me my Canadian study permit as soon as possible. Mr. Udit, Mrs. Monica and the entire team were super helpful and very professional.

  I would have given them a negative rating, if it was there. Totally inexperienced staff from top to bottom at all offices, I was in touch with their Delhi, Chandigarh and Dubai offices. This review is totally honest and an eye opener for such immigration firms - NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHHOTE.
  
  First of all, they promise you a lot to get everything done in 15 days and ask for payment. Here is what changes everything, once you have paid the amount, their tone changes. Earlier they called you twice a day, now is your turn and they begin ignoring you.
  
  Chandigarh office- I started the process in Oct and My case was being dealt by the manager Vikrant who had joined couple of months ago. He made big promises about everything will be done in 15 days, got my initial payment of US $ 1400 done, then after sometime he left the company. For sure just like me none of their clients had any idea that an important person who knew their case history and was handling everything would suddenly disappear. Now you keep calling them but no hearings for long.
  
  Worst part now, there is a branch head Sandeep too, who is utterly rude and is zero concerned about the commitments (both verbal -15 days and agreement - 4 months). Firstly Sandeep denied on any such commitments by their employee Vikrant but when I had sent him all communication on email and whatsapp, then only he started adjusting his rude tone to better. Rudeness was in control, however, visa commitment timelines were not followed at all. He seemed least worried about commitments made by his organisation.

  Delhi office - Since this office was close to me, before finalising the deal in Oct, I visited and met GM Vikram to discuss and close the deal. I was attended nicely (probably because they had to crack the deal with me). Vikram also made big promises and talked highly of Vazir and his team.
  
  Later when they messed up and couldn't keep up commitment and timelines, he also started ignoring my calls (though kept sending texts - busy, will call you later but no call back at all). They can't be this busy that they cannot call back a client for many days.

  Dubai office - All these offices work in sync with each other. So they have a couple of girls who work there and arrange all payment, interview and other processes. Again, totally inexpienced staff, they arranged one interview in 5 months, now here is what it gets frustrating - they tell you that employer is looking for senior level but in the interview you realise that employer is looking for base level staff and not senior level. Also height of mismanagement is that they arranged interview for FOH staff but in interview you realise employer was looking for bakers. Seriously what a big mess!!

  It's a total mess at Vazir at all their offices. It was a very very clear communication with Vazir from day one that if written timeline of 4 months (forget about verbal timeline of 15 days) is not met, then I will get full refund. But initially Chandigarh branch head Sandeep not only refused but was very rude. Then when I sent him all emails exchanged with his ex employee Vikrant where I had clear communication of full refund commitment, then only his tone started getting better.
  
  In this entire process, they wasted my 5 months and trust me not even a single regret or apology from their end. It's not at all a professional organisation, I would highly recommend to avoid them for your immigration needs. If must, make sure get all commitments in written, otherwise not only you will waste months but will lose your hard earned money too.

  Worst experience ever from beginning to the end. Highly unprofessional & inexperienced staff. I applied for a Cad student visa and paid them a huge consultancy fee & the service I got was worse than any other immigration consultant in Dubai. They don’t even know what intakes the college has (Told me they will defer me to May but there was no May intake available when I checked with college myself) or how to deal with a study visa case. Wasted my whole year. Highly unprofessional business. Company is based in Dubai yet my case is referred to India & I get calls from there (At least staff there knows what to do) the agent assigned to me was extremely rude, knew nothing about my case & was highly misinformed and inexperienced. I lost around 10,000 AED during this whole pathetic experience by trusting them with my profile. Would never recommended them to anyone. Atleast other consultancy firms are transparent. 0/10 worse experience ever!! They just want your money & drain your pockets!

  Whole team of Vazir Immigration Team is really helpful and they will guide you from start to finish.
  
  Shivani Sachdeva helped me in the whole process of admission and contacted the same with university.
  
  Monica Kungu lodged my file very systematically and professionally handled the whole process. Had it not been for her, my file would have not been organized properly.
  Udit Kaura helped me with the whole process of deferment, updation, etc.

  The entire team of Vazir Group is very professional and honest. Thank you Mr. Zulfikar for guiding me and being honest about the entire process. I definetely recommend this immigration consultancy as they are very transparent and clear with regards to eligibility and criterias. All the very best to the entire team.
