  Nicely spread out design, without too much walking required. Great food options and clean facilities. Parking was adequate for its size. There was bad odour (drain line) in a section of the mall, hope that's temporary.

  I like this mall as there is plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out. The food court has a different selection of restaurants which is a refreshing change from other malls. Good selection of restaurants on the upper level and it looks like there is space for more to come. The mall isn't busy yet, so this is another plus.

  Typical shopping mall in Dubai but not fully operational at the times of visits
  ( Christmas 2020) . Looks like half of the retail space is not occupied yet so, makes it less busy than major malls and more pleasant to walk and shop. Good selection of restaurants, food court with all major chain outlets. Good and convenient if you stay in the area otherwise nothing exciting .

  Getting better by the day.
  
  The mall started off with not many options, but now I must say it has quite a nice feel with a lot of shops and places to eat. It still feels a bit empty in places but on the overall has a good feel for a hangout. I believe once the rooftop opens it will attract even more crowd. Location is excellent and parking is plenty. Its right next to the ittehad park so palm residents mostly walk across.
