Used to be called the Rhodes experience ! After Gary Rhodes passed away, it's all different. Limited selection of Food. Great ambience. Fab reclining seating and you get a silk blanket.. its like watching a movie in your home.. except having Food and drink brought to you I love this experience and despite the Food will keep going back!

One of my favorite places in Dubai when you want to escape the heat and watch a movie like you were in your own living room.
The VIP theater is a great place to have dinner and watch a movie. The staff are friendly and helpful!

This was my first experience in this cinema and it was wonderful. What I liked most was that you can buy tickets and snacks at the same counter so no queuing up twice. Seats were very comfortable. They have separate cinemas for kids movies designed for kids and that is really great. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

we booked tickets at VOX mall of the emirates the night before the movie. the theater was completely empty when we selected our seats. due to some unforeseen circumstances we could not make it to the theater. when we called they told us they could not do anything about it because of their policy. basically keeping the money for no service provided. it wasn't like they could sell those seats to someone else since the theater was completely empty because it wasn't a new release the movie been out for a while. they need to change their policy. I would understand if it was a sold-out show but not when it is empty.

Cinema is good. Counter staff could be more courteous and the pop corn can improve a lot to match up in quality and crispness to a third world country. They don't care about us visitors. But cinema is great. Sounds to screen.

Imax experience is great for 3D movies, the booking process takes time since the queue to buy the tickets is the same if you want to get popcorn or any other refreshment.

I personally use the app for ticket purchase to avoid the queue and get the seats I want before they are taken.

Friendly staff and mostly clean seats in the theatre but not all the time.

A very good movie theatre, although it's a bit steep if you want to upgrade to anything better than the standard seating. Pretty good snacks, all the usual stuff, and it's located right beside a throng of nice restaurants if you want to grab something more substantial after feasting your eyes on a good movie

Just finished the movie which was great. However the theater was just like inferno from heat. I noticed this in many VOX theater in the UAE. Ruined my experience and the great movie.

The experience of GOOD cinema begins here! They have a multiple screens and an iMAX too Amazing Food court just outside the theatre area is a delight! GREAT deals on BUY one GET one tickets!!
Most the banks cards are having great deals here. They recently started the rewards program. Though it is the best program, it is the only one in the entertainment

Always have a pleasant experience at Vox. A great selection of theatre experiences to choose from and enough show times to cater for popular movies.

I do have one quip though and it’s not Vox’s fault at all. In fact it’s a problem in Dubai and that’s censorship of movies. One always feels robbed of the full experience when watching an R rated movie.

Me and my family went to see Star Wars The Last Jedi at the IMAX theatre. The movie experience was amazing. The sound, picture, VIP seats, the 3D was the best yet i've seen in my life. But the ads and commericals were a huge problem.
The movie was supposed to start at 4.30pm. It actually started around 4.50pm i didn't check it. But during the commericals the last i checked my phone it was 4.46
Thats so not cool.
I understand the porpoise of ads, i just don't get why they can't start the entering to the cinema earlier
Also the staff was a bit annoying

One of my favorite cineplex in UAE. Most of the times i get the benefits of ADCB bank credit cards offer with vox (by one get one free). Sometimes its a little bit cold inside the theater so you gotta be ready for that!
I hate the adds before the movies sometimes it takes more than 20 minutes!
Staff are friendly here, but sometimes when its busy they get your order wrong 🙁

Good cinema, but they let a guy selling icecream in the waiting area (Mall of Emirates) use a cow bell to attract customers for the last few months. Hard to relax for a movie when you start off annoyed by the guy banging a metal bell incessantly. This is not a soft bell but a loud bell for calling in the animals.

It's always a great experience to come here: they have may type of offer that fit everybody. Very good app to book and manage your tickets. The only annoying thing is the food desks are serving also the tickets: I would prefer to have them separated (as it was in the old location)

The IMAX cinema is only for balcony tickets. From up above the IMAX amazing. Unless I tried VIP which is I fall sleepover because your brain gets tired the huge screen makes you to focus and zoom out. You have eyes problem not suggest to go.

One of the best if not the best cinemas around. Very neat and clean. Great customer service and good variety of snacks to choose from. But the highlight of this place is without doubt the 4DX cinema experience.

Best cinema to go to in the UAE. It has all the best experiences such as THEATRE by Rhodes, IMAX Laser, 4DX, Kids cinema, etc. Their food offering is great as well.
