The glasses were not good enough, the picture kept loosing the 3 D effect and look lije two seperated shadow images. The sound was too loud beyound the confort level which also retracted from the experience.

The 7* experience wasn’t so 7 stars! The iPad for ordering the food was not working and to take our order I had to miss the first 15 mins of the movie and we were so noisy that we disturbed everyone else! Not cool! Not a worthwhile experience!

Went to the 7Star Novo at IBN Battuta, paid a lot of money! Food arrived after 40 min which was still frozen (frozen not fresh), mini burgers were appalling and had to ask three times for the appetizer to arrive after an hour! The slush was just orange syrup and not slush! Manager on Duty could not handle the situation! Extremely bad quality food wasted time dealing with the complaint, after returning the first frozen pizza, received replacement, once received could not eat it as it was of the poorest quality! This is not what 7Star looks like!!!

Great cinema, possibly the best cinema in Dubai. Amazing prices on snacks, great movie selection. Would love it if more movie experiences were possible in one branch. Prices on tickets increase every 6 months or so, but great cinema overall.

Awesome experience
Best place to watch movies
Nova cinemas are very different experience from other cinemas it’s very nice place and good seats
The place is very clean and more comfortable seating the washroom also very clean
The staffs are very nice behavior and giving best suggestions
It’s located inside the IBN Battuta mall
It’s very near to the ibn battuta metro station
And the shopping mall is very big and very beautiful
They made it very creatively the food court and the kids playing area is very nice
I enjoy the day very well

A XXL size cinema hall with more than 15 screens, big screen, equipped with 500+ seats capacity screen . Well maintained halls along with comfortable seats .
Movies screened in following languages:
English , Hindi, Arabic , Telgu , Tamil , Malayalam

Im giving 4stars just because a marathi film released here which i love watching or else they have organized it badly. They dont even have offers on movies which vox cinema Offer’s.

I enjoyed the cinema! Lovely staff, helpful and fast service. The toilets are flash. The IMAX is huge and sound it rocking.

One of the nice Cinemas in UAE. The bookings can be done through their online site and the tickets can be collected at the E-Kiosks. The Imax experience is really great. The washrooms are a concern, as there is only one washroom for more than 15 movie theaters. Women end up standing in Queue for a really long time.

One among the Best Cinemas in the UAE. Concession counter has couple of varieties. Their Popcorn is Fresh and crunchy. Only issue is the Management has to increase their WashRoom facility as the Capacity is too less. Especially for the Ladies- Long Q's. Good Team members.

Average place. The seats are uncomfortable and u have to keep adjusting yourself. The popcorn arent good but the nachos and samosas are pretty good. The overall audio and video experience is also mediocre.

All is well when there is no problem. But if any problem arises, for instance in my case, the transaction was successful so the money got deducted, but booking failed, there was no one to help me out. They do not respond on e-mail, no one is present at call center, even no response at the direct number of the cinema hall. Horrible customer service!!

Movies in Ibn Batuta is a pleasant experience with the simplicity of the mall with parking and access. Novo has recently done a facelift which is nice but most theatres, watching a movie is an average experience.

I personally like this cinema and the location of it. Depending on which area of Dubai you live, its easier to access the mall / car park then the time it would take in other malls.
The cinemas screens are good sizes, just make sure to cool at the 'type' of cinema screen you are going into not to be disappointed.response / report this review -

The web site of Novo for make booking is a drama so you need go there and suffer the usual eternal queues
Is a new cinema, totally normal, looking modern but nothing else.
The good there is the price, location, easy for all and aroud all the restaurants with many options of food.response / report this review
