  The best place n the emirates, my dogs were regular customers there and loved to be there and they were relaxed coming back! The staff is awesome and loving, the owner precious and the food and treats they sell special!!!! Very very awesome place to bring your dogs with no worries at all!!!!

  I rate them low as the reception staff is too rude. If they Hv been so much rude to me , I don't know how they will treat my dog and secondly they don't even feel sorry about it . The pick up between 8.00 to 9.30 am and drop off timing is between 4.00 to 5.00 pm. Which according to me is not at all convenient for working people . Most of the day care gives 12 hours services.

  Been with urban tails since they opened and their service has gone to the dogs (pun intended).
  
  Management talks down to you and are passive aggressive. They bark their opinion (justified or not) into why you are doing something wrong or how you should use one of their services to "fix your pet".
  
  Only reason why i give them a 2 stars instead of none is because some of their staff trully are fantastic at their work and love their job.
  
  Its just a pity they don't have power to implement their positive attitude on their superiors.

  Best place for your pet in Dubai. I worked with Damien,trainer at Urban Tails to train my unsocial and very strong minded shar pei. With Damien guidance I transformed my beloved dog which I could not do with other trainers.
  Staff,Nikky especially deserves mentioning,at Urban Tails love dogs and it shows. And my pet more than happily enjoys time there regularly. Every time I pick up a very happy and well exercised dog. Last time he even tried to pull me back in after we left their grounds. Place itself is well organised, clean and full of very happy dogs.

  The best thing you could do to your furry family member, a holiday at Urban Tails resort while you're away on holiday yourself! When i first heard of them, it seemed too good to be true so I decided to trek over to Dubai Investment Park and see it for myself. I was not disappointed. Right from the reception, all staff members were very warm, attentive and loving. You could easily tell that they loved animals, and were truly dedicated to ensuring their wellbeing whist away from their homes. The premises were clean with great attention to every dog's need. The play areas and the living facilities were immaculate. My Maltese pup had a suite to herself, decked with a couch, a rug and a camera! This was the best part of the experience, I could see her at all times, while playing and when in her suite - this comforted me and I knew she was in great hands, The facility has pools (for big and small dogs), a doggie gym and a really cool grooming area. She had special cuddle times during the day too! I think Malti needs a holiday, to go play and enjoy herself and Im going to ensure she gets a few this year, of course subject to them having room. Well done you guys, I know Malti will always be safe and happy and I wont have to worry about a thing when away. PS do you have room for her over Eid break? *cheeky grin*
