Dr wael madkour was totally rude with me in jumeirah branch, didn't keep the professional limits at all, when we asked for explanation for the procedure, he raise his voice in vulgr way and waving his hand.

His attitude is Street style not doctor at all.

The doctor in healthplus are so good, but the new manager lady in the fertility clinic is unprofessional and rude, please as clients we need to be met with polite staff who understand and guide us instead of the mask face she meet us with and needs to address us in polite way also.
