  Its been more then a month, but still my email id is not been updated. To my surprise land line number is ringing but no one cares to answer it. Service is very bad.

  Just Nightmare. Wanted to give negative star.
  Very poor service, Terrible experience. Don't answer calls during working hours. Also do not expect call back from them.
  Made calls & visited several time just to complain about technical glitch in mobile app- which is taking forever.

  Very poor service. Its been more than 10 days for NRI account opening. Dont know how long will it take further. Better to bank with other banks like HDFC, AXIS,KOTAK that has faster response and service.

  Only one word, fantastic. The branch of the bank gives a feel inside like a five star hotel. This is the best ever branch of Bank of Baroda ever in the world. Customer service and courtsy of the staff is really touching and gives a personalised experience to every customer.
  
  The ambience of the branch is very nice, soothing with theme of Bank of Baroda.
  
  This is a new benchmark for the branches of any Indian bank overseas.
