There service is the worst ever!
Beware of getting fooled by their fake promises, I have to decided to boycott them at all levels and in all circumstances.

I was going to lose everything because of their discriminatory system!

I deposited 90,000 DHS in 5 years. When I closed the policy after 5 years, they gave me back 74,900 DHS.This money is forbidden for them. I will not forgive them for my money in the Hereafter.

Worst insurance company in UAE. They are not transparent. They lie and they will cheat you of your hard earned money. This is the biggest Insurance fraud company in the UAE. I needed to replace my back windshield glass and my insurance policy clearly states that any part that is replaced comes with a guaranty. Union Insurance has deliberately refused to give me a guaranty even after I pointed it out to them that I am entitled to a guaranty cos it's stated in my insurance policy. Please stay away far from them. UNION INSURANCE IS A FRAUD!!!

Process is fast and good.. I was thinking previously that it’s not a good company but when had accident they did took care of it very fast. I hope they maintain the same level of service. Mr. Mohammad Halwani is a nice guy and helpful.

Very very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE if you go to submit any claim. They treat you as robbers who came to steal their money !! Staff not at all friendly to customersincluding officers and managers !!
I'm still waiting for more than 45 days for my claim cheque, even after submitting all my documents and ownership transfer !!

Hard to get hold of when you have a claim, they keep giving you phone numbers. They ask you to take the car to a garage called RPM garage in Dubai which has really bad reviews on Google, thier other garage options dont look good either and I was told earlier that they work with really good garages. The worst thing is that they told me they put used parts not new.

Staff (his name is Ralston D) is not aware about all aspects of his job, can only press the buttons and make a routine job. With 3 years of employment in UI, he spent about 5 minutes to find an information regarding unknown third party clause and asked for assistance from other personnel. They will always try to get more money from Clients, and be careful during purchase of policy as I've been promised that can get a replacement vehicle in case of accident and now they rejected and said that I've been given a wrong information. Will change insurance company next time.

The worse customer service I have ever encountered. They have let me waste a day at the car registration as they did not do the correct date and took them a day to sort it out.. Only to get a call to go home and try again the following day.. absolutely disgusting service.

They never tell you about the amount you should pay when you make a claim. And adds all stupid features to your policy while removing the others. You will be asked to pay 2000 or higher(double) when you make a claim. Ridiculous. Recheck your policy details when you renew with them. I don't recommend this.
