  PROS:
  
  - great bodybuilding that suitable for beginners and hardcore bodybuilders.
  - fully equipped free weights and machines
  - very clean and well organised and
  spacious-ish
  - cheap monthly membership fee 200 dirhams only
  - super hot guys go to workout there
  - big windows that allow ample sunlight
  
  CONS:
  
  - low ceiling, therefore, the ventilation can be bad in the crowded hours
  - some members (especially Arabs) can be so loud when talking to each other which can be distracting when working out
  - daily/one time entry is 30 dirhams which is not bad, but if you are paying for one week you'll end up paying more tha the monthly membership which does not make sense
  - can be tricky to find by taxi it is on a first floor in a residential building.
  Just tell the taxi driver to take you to:
  Same side as the post office in al karama, opposite the civil defence/ministry of interior. On the first floor of bake mart plus building
