  I called in today spok to Roy at reception I told him I'm new in the area and wanted to come in try the gym for day trial said to come and no issues. First issue they have no parking so I paid for two hours on street public parking when I went inside I asked for Roy he said oh good I made now I have to fill out along form and pay 65 aed for a day pass! I asked him why didn't he explain his part to me over the phone when we spoke he said he did which he didn't. I was upset felt mislead I asked for his manager guy name Bilal said the same thing and said sorry they wasted my time but this is how they do business there. I don't not recommend this gym they have poor customer service and need to work on their skills unprofessional.

  Great spot for a healthy lunch. Awesome training facility. Great management compared to how it used to be.. super friendly staff
