  HORRIBLE , WAITED FOR 2 HOURS, TO BE TOLD THAT I DONT NEED TO COME HERE, I CAN PAY ONLINE. WHEN I TRIED ONLINE, THEY TOLD ME I NEED TO PAY IN THE STATION.

  Well organized traffic department but waiting time is so painful as it is the only place in Abu Dhabi one can pay their traffic fines and obtain other related services. I waited for 2 hours to pay a traffic fine. Though they have 18 service counters but not all of them funcrion at a given time. They have a self service portal (electronic machine) for paying your traffic fines if it is straight forward fines but it might not work in case your vehicle registration is from other Emirates and if your Emirates ID is not linked to your vehicle registration ID.
