Today visited here to lodge my complaint, no one ready to talk or to help. They'll ask me to sit or to come next day other than this no proper action taken. Pls treat other country migrants in proper way.

Very poor service. I called them 2 times, no one spoke English. Once an officer hung up on me when I spoke English. I was there even in person although the officer from crime department was polite he couldn't help with my queries. Next time I would rather avoid this station.

So disappointing government is paying you but your service is not worth paying for. You should have a staff that can understand english not only your mother language how you protect people who need the most if you can't talk and understand english?? How you can solve a small problem that happing in this country for those scammers who use the social media platform. How you prevent this??? If people on those positions dont know how to intertain a complaint. You will just wait at thier office until you get bored like that then no more complaint so no action at all. How you help tourist when they got tourble if just small people you will not enterain. Only local you will talk. As far as i know you can trace numbers that used in this place cause when you purchase a sim you need to register your emirates ID's. So why this things is still existing. Hopefully there will be changes in your system. So that you can find solutions on every problems.

Exellent service here in musaffah police station all staff are coperative.really so nice nd all staff are ready to help nd solve the problem of people.if you ask about your problem or if you want any service from them Abudlla police man is so nice geys i sulte the police

Been there quiet much time..
Its the place to pay you over staying fine in Abu Dhabi..
Helpful officers
Driving file used to open here..
Eye tests are still done here..
Has got typing office and Xerox facility, with extra payment..
The main police department for the Musaffah area..
Public rest room facilities available..
