  my experience:
  a. my company completed one year. for next year renewal they said Ejari will be provided by so and so date. did not provide ejari by that date. Again told by so and so date ejari will be provided. did not provide ejari. they then informed that they will provide ejari from different business center which I rejected as my office will be in this business center and ejari will be from different business center. I vacated immediately. From that day I am calling them for refund of my security deposit. No answer at all. I had a word with the person at reception, he said I have no idea.
  
  b. Manager is always not in country. You can not talk to manager as his mobile is always switched off. You could communicate with him only on whatsapp. The person who is in business center does not have any authority. Whatever we want to communicate he will communicate to the manager over whatsapp.
  
  c. In between, they disconnected internet connection on multiple occasion without informing.
  
  d. Toilets are in pathetic shape. They don't clean at all.
  
  My experience with this business center is very bad.

  Worst service, internet is down for 5 days and tradecore management doesn't want to rectify the issue, when asked their response was "we can return your money"
  
  They don't care about the unhygienic toilets, AC leakage, unstable internet connection etc. Will never recommend tradecore business center!
