I have been here 4 times and every time they totally ignore my existing. They are never on time. I have to wait for 30-45 mins every time. What pisses me off that i have to wait for a chair for an hour and then find that people who came after me started their services while i'm waiting for the next available chair. And one time they got my appointment mixed up even tho i told the lady exactly what i want and made her repeat what i wanted and i ended up going to another saloon because they were busy and could not take me. However, i will admit that they have a good services. Liked the massage and blow dry. Manicure and pedicure are okay
