They offer packages but charge 10% tax which is not mentioned anywhere in their adds. The beauticians are nice but not up to the mark. You have to ask again and again and then they will provide you the complete steps in any service. Some beauticians still don't listen. All in all, it could be better for the prices they are charging.

Service was good, the lady who did my eyebrows was amazing. but the reception lady was weird. She charged me more than told price over phone and said it was tax. No receipt was given. Strange and fishy.

Terrible customer service! They just want your money. After purchasing a coupon they wanted to add double the cost!!! The lady on the phone was very rude and basically told me to pay or get lost..
