  I cannot recommend Manal enough if you are in need of some laser hair removal. She is so warm and welcoming and quietly confident in her handling of my whole procedure that it was over with so quickly. Her ability to put me at ease from the first visit had me looking forward to seeing her the next time. As for the treatment itself I am totally delighted with the result- thank you Manal!

  I am really happy with my hair treatment, my hair is back to life now and is becoming healthy, I would like to recommend ( Thuy ) the hair dresser who does my hair, she is a very sweet person and well experienced and handles my hair very well.. I have extended my package here, I am going to continue this treatment until my hair fully gains its health back .. I have also done with her my Brazilian blow out, with a good price .. If anyone is coming here try to take advantage of their offers every now and then .. they have really good money saving offers and the management is really helpful .. ❤️❤️❤️

  Lovely place with lovely professional staff. Need management improvement.
  
  One of the best hair stylists I met is Thuy. A cheerful Vietnamese lady who makes sure I get the best service every time. Her head massages and dedication in work is what makes me renew my offers over and over. Love her hair cuts, highlights and coloring too. She is a 5 star hairdresse😁

  I hated my increasingly frizzy hair, so, recommended by a friend, I went to Shehla for some hair kindness. She gave me a fantastic cut that suited my natural hair perfectly. I also did a hair treatment course with her. Fab results! Great to have found a hair stylist who actually listens and delivers. I would recommend her any day.

  I went to VLCC just to do laser as my friends had recommended it.. one session of laser with Manal proved it to be true as the results started to show..
  I slowly started to get to know Saeeda who encouraged me to do beauty treatments and since then I have been addicted with the facial treatments with her team, Ruby has been so kind to make sure I always get the right care and knowledge about the treatments. I also get hair treatments with Sheila and the results are tremendous.my hair is growing and Sheila gives me great advise on how to maintain thick and long hair.
  As you can see, I have started to do all my treatments at VLCC as the staffs all seem to be well trained and know their roles and also ensure that the clients have the best experience.

  I have been getting all my hair treatments with Thuy for some time now. She is very knowledgeable about the products on offer and only ever recommends things she knows I need and will help me. She listens to what I want and cuts hair really well

  The Indian lady that is for the prices or consultantation is too pushy for the sales, she’s not listening to my concerns and she’s just saying “trust us” when I asked her for the patch test, she said the rooms are busy. I wouldn’t ever trust anyone that’s so pushy for their sales.
  Secondly the valet parking guys stole money from my car I’d request anyone to take their belongings with them away from them.

  Been a VLCC client for over 10 years. The Sheikh Zayed branch has been my local branch for years now for most beauty treatments. My favourite there is Thuy. She’s the best! Most gentle, best massages and handles the hair perfectly when doing all the tresdfments. I just leave my head to her once I get there! Also love her manicures and pedicures! 🙂

  Slimming : The way you are taking appointments does not really work.. when I do my booking I expect it is confirmed and when I call to check I always get the answer that my appointment is in waiting list 😒

  I’ve been going here for laser treatments and Manal is the best you can get! She makes you feel so comfortable and is so friendly. You feel at ease when she’s working on you. She’s the best!! I would definitely recommend her to everyone without a seconds thought! :D 💖💖
