  I will say best coffe shop with every facility. Staffs are friendly. Clean & tidy place. Environmentally perfect. Prices and products are not bad coffee and French vanilla is amazing. They have doughnuts, cakes & ice-cream as well which is different from other shops of them

  This branch have a big area for outside sit as it's situated just front side of the Abu Dhabi Mall. The outside is always full as customers prefer to sit outside while having coffee. The inside area is adjacent to the entrance for car parking of the mall. Nowadays it's always full because of the discounted vouchers given to customers.

  If they tell you 5-7 minutes dont believe them waited 20 minutes for 2 bagels. Thats after i went up there and reminded them. This service is like if we remember we will process your order. Then i got 20 minute fresh raw bagels. Thats icing on the cake.

  Tim Horton's near Abu Dhabi Mall has great coffee, pecan nut pastries, and doughnuts at decent prices. However, stocks of the chocolate doughnuts tend to run out before the late afternoon -- it would be advisable to get them earlier in the day.
  
  The actual café itself is a little small on the inside. It's best to order takeaway and eat elsewhere. There is an outdoor area, but it's right next to the mall entrance, so it tends to be crowded. Plus all the smokers gather there, so if you detest secondhand smoke, then you might want to avoid that area.

  It was really great. But I don't know what is happening now. No chocolate for coffee mocha in a month now. The new english muffin is really tastless and most of the times not even baked enough. Please guys have a look again on your shops. It's such a waste to decend to this level. I'm a regular for more than 1.5 years now.
