I have several friends that introduce me Princesscar Showroom and I decided to visit thier Showroom. I didn't know that they have Workshop for Car Service. I went to the workshop to have a service for my car. The costumer service, the technician is very freindly and the service that they provide me is excellent. Thumbs up Princesscar Keep it up

I took my car to Princess Cars following a recommendation but now wish I hadn't. After paying AED 6000 to fix some serious issues and leaving it with them for over a week I collected my car and in only a few days there was a new more serious issue that had resulted in the car engine stopping as I am driving along the highway. When I took it back they said there was no issue, and when I linked the issue to some of the works they had carried out the owner decided to stop repairing American Cars. I have now taken the car to the main dealership who is checking whether the previous work carried out by Princess Cars caused the new issue. I would not recommend this showroom due to the unprofessional attitude I experienced and the large expense of their 'work'.
