  No use of taking appointment. Both the times I took appointment and had to wait for 1 and half to 2 hours from appointment time! I dont understand why do they give appointment in that case!

  Not a hospital worst and non qualified doctors only they are earning money. They can't diagnose human disease. First they try to admit without any reason. They are making fool to patients and insurance services.

  Regular visitor nice and helpfull staff 5 seconds on call opointments love the services..very good doctors highly recomended hospital

  Hi Team,
  
  Today morning from 9:00 to 10:30 I called 3 numbers to get an appointment. But no response. Please improve your telephone management service. Even I tried in emergency number but no luck. What is the use of it ??

  Called to get info on ortho today, 1130hrs (GMT+4 - 05June2016) and spoken to by a machine for 5 minutes, finally spoke to a human (for 15 secs). Was told to hold - to be transferred to receptionist, another 3 minutes before another human answers. Total of 9 minutes, which 1 minute of it is a real communication for information. Not encouraging first time experience. Really reluctant to visit them, unless I have no other options. Therefore 1 star only now.

  Bad customer relation. Very arrogant reception and nurses. Doctors dont follow queue system and will make patient wait for ages..
