I would like to give no star actually..but this one star is only for the infrastructure and facility provided..for the hospitality and staffs i would recommend "Zero" rate.. i waited more than 1 hour to consult the doctor, just to know only about my result of blood test report. So what if the patient comes here with so much pain and this is the service you provide?? The nurses and reception i must say..they are very slow taking care of patient or related person. But they have much time to gather and make gossips..i never had such a worst experience in any of the hospitals..if this due to insufficient staffs, i humbly request management team to do needful on this matter. And also i must say if you call for appointments or doctor enquiry you must wait ,so much time to get an exact information(need almost a recharge card with urself). Please to all people out there i recommend not to waste your money, time or insurance money here.

I have been visiting Al Sharq Hospital since 2016 and they never disappoint. Service is fantastic, and most importantly - Me and my wife, we are always healed by their professional and very competent doctors and the rest of medical staff. The Hospital facilities are also good and especially all medical and non-medical staff are professionals and friendly. parking is a problem but inside everything go smooth
I recommend this hospital for being the best hospital, Two thumbs up.Highly recommended..!

The nurses are very sensitive and skilled but sadly the hospital itself is very bad. Great infrastructure but it comes at a cost. A huge cost. My doctor, Dr. Imaad was the worst. He came twice a day for a minute and spoke what seemed to be English. I was down with amoebiasis but was well after 3 days but they kept me there for 6, the reason being "We don't discharge patients on Fridays/ Our system is down". They could have discharged me on Thursday but they didn't and when I questioned they said that we already gave you an option of getting discharged but you chose not to. I was in a state of shock. Is it a hotel or an hospital that they give patients option to extend just for the heck of it. This Dr. never gave me this option he was either incapable of communicating the option or was rather sly about it, because he said we can't discharge you on Friday, which I assumed to be a medical reason but it seems it was because their system was down. They kept me there for no reason which was depressing me and making me sick all the more. They gave me same food in the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Boiled potatoes, boiled carrots, boiled chicken, yogurt and Banana. I couldnt eat it anymore and was starving. Had to hire a cat sitter, which posted me a bomb, even for the days that I was not required to be kept. They gave me face paper towels instead of tissue rolls and now I have rashes and swelling all over my privates. I had to cry my way out of this place. Worst hospital. Please go to GMC/Thumbay if you don't want to be cheated.
