I lost the key at 10pm and confirmed the key replacement at 10.30pm wherein they asked for the cash payment of 945aed to deliver the spare key.

They confirmed that it will be delivered in1 hour and it has been 11.37pm and through telecom just he is saying that he is going to office to pick the key and also says that it will consume 1.20 hrs to deliver the key.

I have using the car continuously for more that 15 months.No value for what had been paid for 15 months.

The company for only cheating people . They are literally stealing your money on the pretext that you must have a credit card even though they have agreed to take cash from you on the prepaid card. They stole a large sum from me and although I did not get the car, they did not return the money paid to me, not even part of it. Beware of them, guys
