  It is a lovely place to buy any instrument with you getting a large variety for even spare parts. The price that they tell you over the phone is not what you pay. You can easily negotiate it and get it much down. The staff is also friendly and is always aware and ready to assist you. I've cut one star because that yamaha electronic drums that they sell are priced more than "3 times" their price in us and other countries. Overall a very nice experience.

  This has to be worst place to buy any musical instrument from the sales staff are pretty terrible - they said they didn't have time to look for a new guitar! I don't want a stupid display piece, if I'm paying for the guitar, I want a new one. The prices are, as people have described, hiked. I recommend you guys try the JS Stores on the other side of the mall. They atleast are polite and extremely helpful.

  I have visited music store in IBN Mall Thomsun Pure music, I have bought some musical instrument and i have got good service from them along with product knowledge. So finally i can say one of the good musical store in Dubai according to service or extra instrument knowledge which is providing from IBN thomsun pure music. For me music in my all body and soul so i appreciate of Thomsun pure misc to giving service for all music lover or other unknown person who wants to learn music.

  As a musician, I am insulted by this store. Prices are unreasonably inflated and staff have a very poor attitute to customers. It is not possible to demo an instrument without the staff sighing or rolling their eyes. My skill level has also been insulted while demoing a guitar and having mine restrung. I am sorry, but I am giving you business. The least you could do is not openly insult your customer!
  
  Used to go here for all of my musical needs, but I would much rather attempt a risky homemade fix to my instrument rather than hand it to this store and be insulted while waiting for repairs.

  This place is one of the worst I have ever seen in Dubai in last decade. Their listed prices are hiked by at least 10% and when you ask for a discount they would tell that they can give 10% and you end up paying the same real list price. I had this experience when I was buying a guitar and the sales guy indicated to me very clearly that it comes with a free case but it wasn't available and I had to wait for three weeks, when I visited them when the case was available, I was told that the case is not free and I had to pay for it, I was extremely annoyed with those bunch of cheaters but I ultimately had to leave the shop after many arguments, when I saw the same guitar model at Virgin Megastore which is supposed to be pricey, I found the same exact price I paid for the guitar and it was not on discount in Virgin.. those people have no respect for themselves and they also don't offer exchange or return for any reason! Please do yourself a favor and avoid that place perhaps Virgin is a better way professional place ..
