I come here for guitars although they have Yamaha Drums and Pianos and they are the only shop I know of in Abu Dhabi that carry Fender. Sadly they don't have a large selection of Fenders but it's understandable as they are expensive instruments and there aren't all that many guitarists in AUH. They have a good selection of Yamaha guitars (which are quality instruments I may add).
Sadly their customer service is pretty spotty, you come in one day and their great some other time they give you the "stinky eye". Also check prices multiple times different salesmen give different prices lol.

The place has no quality staff, they are all based on stereotypes. I walked in there once while they were renovating, and one of the staff told me to leave because of "small space". And what I noticed is that he kicked me out because I'm 13. I perfectly know how to handle a guitar, how to play it etc. And he still told us to leave. Although there were other customers hanging around playing absolute garbage on the guitars. Their customer service is very poor and rude.

Good for do nothing but make fun of customers and they have no effort at all to selling things or show a similar instruments that they doesn't have in their store. I hated that they don't order guitar parts like bridges, tuning machines, tremolo arms, etc. I'm so disappointed with the staff. If you are going to buy a good quality musical instrument I will suggest sadek music in Dubai.

Yamaha (aka "Thomsun Electronics") is the place to go if you're a musician searching for equipment. Guitars, pianos, amps, and such can be found here.

However, bear in mind that it is a smaller store, therefore they have limited options for items as the ranges are somewhat minimal. You might want to look around before finalizing a larger purchase.

Everyday things, like picks, strings, and guitar straps can be bought here. On the other hand, I also ran into issues where the sales assistants didn't have change for larger notes.

I was planning to order fender guitar online but there was 2 additional charges namely customs import charges and handling fee. When calculated, its almost the same with the ones i found in this showroom. At least i got to play on it before deciding on purchasing it.

These guys from this showroom helped me well, with profound product knowledge and friendly customer service. All of them gave their effort for me to purchase from them and price was reasonable. I highly recommend this store and I will be a returning customer frequently, because of the service i had from them. thanks
