Known also as the Autism Rocks Arena which is apt seeing as probably someone with the condition designed it.
The location is too far off from the city, but fine it's for concerts and events so that can be forgiven. The problem is getting in and out: the parking, entry and exit and so horribly designed that you get stuck for hours.
Take an Uber one may suggest. Good idea, only problem is the Uber can't get to you either which means you have to walk 2km to the car through the sand.
The arena itself has no shade (it's an empty ground with stands) which in the Dubai heat is insanely uncomfortable.

Parking and transport was very poorly organized. Thousands of people had to walk in and out for hours.
