I was here for SM TOWN concert last week. It is a good place laud events. But since i was here last week and the weather was too hot and sun was too high, i think this place is not suitable in summer at all

The show was great .
The line were we had to wait to go inside the arena was poorly organised.
People were pushing , running .
Securities were not doing their job properly.
The gates didn’t open at time .
I will also say that they tell us to not bring our own water or food.
We are standing under the sun for more than 3 hours and there’s no water with us.
The food and water is very expensive.
(20dhs for 2 small bottle of water)

I had fantastic experience seeing Ed Sheeran's concert in Autism Rocks Arena! The place was fantastic and provided the best ambiance to enjoy such intimate concert with Ed. I've seen the arena in pictures from the Guns and Roses concert with their aerial video and I was blown by how massive the arena actually is. Will definitely go watch again if another concert comes along. BTW, parking space is massive!!!

What an amazing venue!! Having been to many concerts, can say without a doubt the sound system there is by far ONE OF THE BEST I have ever experienced until now hands down!! A bit remote but one of the best outdoor venues in UAE & not much of a hassle if you plan your journey well! Credits to 117 Live for the excellent crowd management & to bring in these amazing artists. Rock on!! \m/

The venue is awesome. It has a lot of amenities. It has a lot of bigger screens and the sound system is superb. The stage is a rock star.

We went to the Elton John concert December 8th. We had an overall great experience here. I think they learned from all negative reviews. Concert, personal, food, drinks, toilets, everything was good organized, especially wen you think about it is in the middle of nowhere. And most important the parking was good organized as well.

traffic is badly controlled, confusing and basically a free for all to park in the desert. Exit is just as confused. The food trucks are not staffed properly to serve the number of guests, and the venue feels like a third world property - dust, sand, minimal cover, fake grass mats to give a resemblance of comfort. Disappointing for Dubai quality. The alcohol free environment is not a huge issue. The venue feels like the management is losing money and is cutting corners everywhere to break even. barely makes a second rate venue.

We went to Ed Sheeran’s concert last night. The venue is a bit far from the city, and there were traffic. It took us awhile to get in and out but the entry and exit were organised and it was a smooth journey. The reviews below are very negative. I do agree that the place is in the middle of the dessert and the ground is full of gravel, but what to expect if you want to accommodate all these spectators in one place. I don’t think a place in the middle of the City would be feasible. Overall, we enjoyed our time. Advise: arrange for transports ahead of time. It is best to be dropped and picked up.

The worst traffic 2hours in when on site 2 hours out off site. I love dubai but if we are hosting world class acts we need a venue to match. Not a one way in one way out system for 20,000 cars with poor facilities that look like they still need finishing!

Really disappointing. We’ve been queuing in traffic now for the last 3 hours and still have half a mile to go! When there’s such big events going on, solutions need to be sought for the parking situation. I hope we don’t miss the concert that we’ve paid good money for!

Suffient space for a large number of people. its an open ground area mostly with sand, but quite large enough. Parking area is available. Mostly holds full day festivals or sometimes evening concerts. If there's a big celebrity / artist performing, leave from house earlier as the traffic is crazy sometimes on the way to this place (if there's a big concert) All outdoors / open area.

Only one way in and out and thats Exit 22 .after any concert the police lock the entrance and u cannot pick up anybody from inside.i spent 4 hours on Al Ain/Dubai highway to reach my daughter to pick her up after Justin Bieber concert May 2017.

Venue is nothing like Dubai at all. Its just a nice stage in the middle of the desert with poor traffic management. It took us 2,5 hours to get out, whilst we even got out before the majority of people. Would not go to see another concert at this venue.

Could not believe my luck when I saw I will be able to experience guns n Roses live in such an intimate small venue. Brilliantly set up with lots of food stalls and picnic benches to stay full until the big event. Bit of a advice take a tacos and don't drive to the venue as parking is limited and a struggle. But if you do drive and arrive early this is one of the best purposed build concert venues.

DONT EVER GO THERE. After the Guns n Roses concert was over, there is total chaos. There is no traffic management. Cars lined up for miles to get out. No taxi available. People are on the roads and highways begging people to give them a ride. It took three hours to get out. TOTAL MISMANAGEMENT.

Terribly managed. Went to Guns N Roses (great show!). Token system for food and beverage was poorly run. Restrooms had massive lines and leaving was a nightmare which took us 1.5 hrs and we had it better than many other people!!!
