  An exceptional customer support! Our country card was not accepted at first. I thought that we would miss the date until we confirm the payment and due to time differences we would not be able to properly follow up. But everything was arranged so quickly. Great job, guys!

  Had a bit of bad experience with an incorrect message being displayed on the cake which caused a bit of confusion. However, the response of the customer service team was amazing and immediate responsibility was accepted and proper remedial measures were taken. They took a bad situation and made it really good. I’m very impressed and will use them again for sure. Not to mention, the red velvet cake and the gifts were really good!!!

  They are excellent A+. Great service. They are the best out there when it comes to making sure that there customers are serviced the right way. Because of covid, the place i wanted the gift to be delivered was closed for couple of days. Mr NAUFAL the delivery person and Ms. NATHALIE the manager helped reach the recipient made sure, that they could make the delivery happen even in these hard situations. And they did an awesome job. I am one happy customer.

  Highly recommended!! I was excited to share the gender of my baby and they were able to deliver a beautiful gender reveal balloon despite short notice. The customer service, attention to detail and worksmanship definitely shows. Happy to support the business for all our special occassions.

  I had placed an order for a gift which got delivered on time and the order placing system is seamless as well. They even provide you with regular updates regarding your order which is good.
