By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Spare yourself the headache of reaching them or trying to get an appointment. there are many other companies out there that are much more reliable and up to standard. I wanted to clean one carpet and I waited almost 1 week to hear back from them only to receive an email saying that they don't clean 'burnt' carpets. My carpet is not burnt at all it's just stained. They didn't even come to check it. I don't know based on what they decided that its burnt.

Unprofessional company without any respect or care to customers from employees to owners. Very bad organization, never return phone calls, 2 hours late at appointment with finally a cancellation. I believe the best part was when the deal and price given was finally not honored and suddenly increased.
Funny to see the 5 stars mark on Google are given by their own employees
