Update 2021: I've booked The Healthy Home Team again for the water tank cleaning. Fantastic service all in all - punctual, professional, delivered as agreed. I will definitely keep using their services in the future.

Team is very responsive, had requested for an urgent same day service on home disinfection and was able to get the booking. Mae was very trustworthy and was able to guide me through the process and help me with a well informed decision-making. Excellent job by Dexter and Harvey who came ahead of time, a very professional crew, properly equipped and precise in doing their routine.

The Healthy Home does make you feel safe, they are easy to deal with, and transparent with their rates and services. Will definitely be calling you again!

Healthy Homes offer great services. Got my mattress UV sanitized twice. Professional staff. Maintain proper hygiene. Guys wear PPE kit before entering house. The equipments used are high quality and efficient. I was surprised and disgusted to see the filth in my mattress. They cleaned and sanitized with UV Rays. Highly recommended service.

Today I got cleaning of my carpet and sofa, guys it’s a must to do it minimum once per year, seriously just look at this pics, and I hey made this presentation for few seconds on the sofa and how much dust was there and we are breathing with it! Then when they finished they showed everything what they collected! I feel like I got a brand new sofa and carpet! It’s amazing, thank you so much!

We had a really bad infestation of ticks. The dogs brought them home and they decided to celebrate a party in the dog bed under the cover. By the time we realised the problem the population had grown exponentially. So, it was time for pest control. The first call with Healthy Home was pretty decent. They said probably only chemicals would do the job - and that they needed to discuss internally to decide in the specific treatment. Good sign, I thought. I still went with a two-treatment package as a backup to be on the safe side. What followed after, was one visit after another visit after another visit. From being very confident to less and less certainty about how to treat the apartment and every time we (and the dogs) had to leave for hours.
So, basically, they did know exactly what they were doing (at some point one team lead confessed they usually treat tick infestations in gardens, not in homes) and clearly hadn't done any research on hatching cycles, otherwise they would have given a rational for various treatments from day one. Anyway, I still rate them four star because they were willing to show up free of cost until the problem was fixed. And that is actually very unique in Dubai, that someone says: I failed, let me fix this!

I have had the team deep clean our king sized mattress today. The team is extremely professional and came on time. I really liked the way the whole process went. It’s worth it and didn’t take much time. We got 4 pillows and a duvet sanitized along with the mattress. I will definitely use their services again for my kids mattresses.

We regularly use Healthy Home for deepcleaning and sanitizing our furniture and mattresses. They always do a great job - it's amazing to see how much dust and dirt accumulates in your furniture over time! As someone who is very allergic to dust, I feel amazing after they have been round.

Their team are very friendly and considerate. With the current covid-19 situation, they were extremely careful about hygiene - the team was wearing PPE and sanitizing everything. The equipment they use seems to get everything out and leaves our furniture like new.

All good. Very professional staff and quick service. I've used them for both pest control and mattress cleaning. Prices are a bit high, but they are running different campaigns for their serious customers so one can land a good offer. I even had a 15% discount for tagging them on a picture on Instagram. Their customer service online and on the phone is very effective. The team came on site exactly on time. Recommended.

The Healthy Home came to clean our AC ducts. Their service is thorough and professional, and afterwards they cleaned up and asked me to look through everything to make sure it was ok before they left. Also their prices are much more reasonable than some other services and they do the same thing.

Booked appointment and they never showed up. Appointment was at 2pm, got a call at 2:17pm saying they want to reschedule as they are facing technical difficulties.
I left work early and was waiting for them. If they had issues they should have called me before the appointment time not after.
Another poster had also provided a poor feedback regarding a no show by this company.
I would avoid them and pick another company who are better organised and stick to agreed times without last minute cancellations.

I am very very disappointed! I booked with healthy home me to come and clean my mattresses they had me an appointment next day at 4! I left my work early that day and waited for them for 40 minutes! Upon calling they lied to my face that my appointment is the next day! Upon confronting them they said that they couldn't make it and asked if they could come the next day! I of course rejected and tried with another company who made it on time!

Got them service my apartment twice and it showed brilliant results. My younger brother who used to sneeze continuously in the morning after waking up had his allergies gone after a few days!
