Have been to this place multiple times. They have experienced and knowledgeable sales people who are willing to help customers. They are always patient and willing to explain everything in Details. My father tried their E-bikes and loved it. He is excited to purchase a new bike from them.

Cool place to look for bikes and upgrades.
Its got a cafe of its own. A nice bikers hang out.
They sell high end bikes. Attentive staff too.

Certainly one of the best casual meeting spots in Motorcity. They tick all the boxes (tasty food, choices & variety, affordable prices, and great service & staff).

Dined here with a friend, we enjoyed our lunch. Nice ambience, and we had so many choices of food to pick and choose.

This is my second time here, bit definitely won't be the last!

I can't recommend highly enough! The staff at The Cycle Hub Motorcity are always incredibly helpful. I wanted to give a well-deserved shout out to Hydarah who has always gone above and beyond. Bad customer care experience. I went to Cycle Hub and asked for an ISM seat because of numbness and was told that I should use a Power Pro Elastomer (basically what CH had in the shop for AED945!). It didn't work whatsoever. I phoned up straight away after 20 minutes and was told to use it a further 3 times. So I did with no luck. Just tried to return the seat and was told that this is now not possible because it has been used Went to Wolfi's on SZR and got an ISM seat straight off, was measured, watched setup videos etc - what an amazing difference in service too !

Very nice cafe with good atmosphere and choice of food. Coffee is ok but not great. Haven't used the bike shop but they do get good reviews elsewhere

We came here for breakfast thinking that it was a healthy option however while every dishes have a healthy component it's certainly not clean eating. They claim that their food is all gluten free and no sugar is used which is true and the reason that brought is here. However I struggled to find a fully clean dish. I ordered a dish with sauteed kale(good, although you loose some nutrients when you sautee) free range poached eggs (good), gluten free muffin (nice), smoked salmon (not so good), with hollandaise sauce on top(which is basically egg whites and ghee - really bad). Thankfully I asked for the sauce to be on the side. The other dish had a huge stack of beef bacon which was way too much considering it's all processed meat.
A nice place perhaps if you need some extra energy before/after a long bike ride but I wouldn't exactly call it clean eating.

I did like the coffee with the almond milk option. A nice twist. The eating area is also quite nice and comfortable with magazines available to read.

Very good customer service to all the limits, & very patient employees too. They definitely understand your confusion & assist you to the last moment to make your decision. For the pro bikes price range is also acceptable & prices dont vary alot from one,s published online so one can verify & be confident about his purchase
However, for some reason its more road bike oriented & have relatively less variety for mountain & cross trail & hybrid bikes.. but I highly recommend the shop. Best of luck

My 'local' as it were
One of the only (if not THE only) outlet in the UAE that caters to my eating requirements, and does so with style and excellent flavor!

Friendly and caring staff, thoughtful menu selection, nice busy ambiance (especially weekend mornings), child friendly

Not the cheapest - would put it solidly mid-priced - but great value considering the quality and care + attention to the food + customer.

Highly recommended!

Brilliant store. Staff are very helpful and considerate. I purchased my first road bike and have had a positive experience overall from maintenance to buying additional accessories such as a power meter. The Cycle Hub bistro is very convenient and offers just the right menu to suit any pallette. The only negative, if it can be called that, is the store may have a more mountain bikng tilt, at least that is my perception when it comes to their community initiaitves. Overall recommended any time.
