Great service. I walked in with an old bike needing pedals. No appointment. Greg took the time to check the bike, install my pedals, oil the chain, add air to my tires, and fitted me to my borrowed bike. He went above and beyond, making sure I will be comfortable for my first ride in Dubai. Awesome service!

Just walked out of Revolution Cycles with my new bike and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I stopped at several other bike shops on my way and none of them had what I wanted but as soon as I walked into the shop I could tell I should’ve just made it my first stop. Greg was super helpful and discussed bike options with me, then even brought out his personal bike to give me a ride as it was the same as the one I was looking for. I had a coffee made for me while the team upgraded my tread and put my pedals on. Can’t recommend highly enough, thanks so much Greg and Revolution Cycles Dubai.

I had been in a cycling accident and I was worried my bike had been damaged. I'd tried a couple of different bike shops in Dubai looking for advice and to get my bike booked in asap. The best service and options were from Revolution Cycles. They answered me immediately and when I explained I couldn't drive (due to injuries from crash) they picked up and dropped off my bike for a very small fee. Their service was quick and thorough and they kept in touch with me throughout, informing me of what needed done and what damage they had found. They checked I was happy with their advice before doing any work and they carried out a complete service as well as small repairs, including replacing my handle bar tape with a lovely designed tape which I loved. Overall this was a great customer experience. Revolution were quick, efficient and polite. Their customer service was first class and I was delighted with the level of service and the prices. I have friends who sing Revolution's praises and won't go anywhere else in Dubai but this was my first experience with them and it was faultless. Thank you so much guys for looking after me and my precious bike so well. Would definitely recommend.

Wow, great service. Only had a spoke replaced, however my back wheel came back like new. Rear cassette completely free of grime and oil and lovely and shiny. Excellent value as cost around 50 aed and trust me i was quoted 5 times more from Cannondale shop. Thanks guys

Great service. As a newbie looking to complete the Dubai 92, I asked around and everyone said to come here. I am so pleased they did.

All I needed was to rent basic road bike for a day to ride the Al Qudra. What i got was somebody's first road bike that spent 10 years in a shed. It was an old bh Saphire, 2x8 with unnamed STIs and Claris rear derailier, it was really heavy, definitely more then 11 kg. I'd be ashamed to offer that sort of bike to anyone. The gearing on the bike was crazy, it had a really tiny small chain ring like a 36, and huge sprockets on the cassette, something like 30, a mountain bike range. That in a place where you have to ride 200 km to reach a closest decent hill! So in practice small chainring was useless as well as 3 bigger sprockets in the back, effectively i was left with about 5 functional gears. Obviously the gaps between them were too big for comfort.
I told them the frame was too small, they said it M and should be fine. It was too small. When i asked for basic repair kit, a saddle bag, tube and levers, they preached at me about riders self sufficiency, meaning i should bring my own. I had to specifically ask to inflate the tires as they were empty. They told me the bike was serviced, it clearly wasn't. The breaks were not adjusted, rear wheel wasn't true, derailleur cable was frayed, break cables and housing were probably never changed, i didn't have enough strength in my hands to lock the breaks up. It's only fortunately that it was never needed. The only thing i got out of them was to install a second bottle cage. I've got a feeling that they had no interest whatsoever to rent this bike, probably they are after big spenders.
And after all this they charged me 150 AED (~40 euro) and asked for 500 AED cash(!) deposit.
The route was fantastic, and i managed to stay with 32 group without problems. But bike rental experience was awful. If you need a basic bike get it from Trek shop at Al Qudraresponse / report this review -
