Purchased a Tesla and all was ok, different experience for purchasing a car online. This is the future. The picture posted of the car after having ceramic coating and tint.
The brand image and service delicery is a complete mismatch. From the brand there is NO customer service and it very difficult to see how this brand will last when the rest of the automobile companies catch up with the tech.
From trying to double charge a deposit to messing up the delivery- I showed up to collect st the given time and 3 hours later told to come back at the end of the day. For the first 2 hours no one was even there except for 5 other irritated customers.
The manager Pedro was to busy to respond to what’s apps or repeated phone calls.
An update to the service levels which I’m not surprised has not been responded to!
2 days after getting my vehicle I get a call that they have put different plates on the front and back! So here I am driving around the city with 2 sets of number plates! I have to go into the service station to get it changed.
After 5 days the AC stops working, it’s 45 degrees outside. They ask me to come in and tell me it’s going to take 2 hours! 5 hours later the workshop is closed, my calls are not being answered and I have no car!
Is this really what Elon musk is about?
Salesman are very lazy and very slow..they never pick a call on 1st attempt and they don't have knowledge of the same..If ur going to buy car to Sh Zayed Road..
Better be away from salesman Nisar he is very lazy your work will be delayed double time as regular..
The Sheikh Zayed showroom seems to be closed, Dubai Mall people had no clue about a showroom there (Google location says so). The customer service numbers in Dubai are forever busy. Disappointed!
