Helpful, transparent and excellent customer service
We collected our car from the airport without any issues thanks to the customer advisor - Rikish. The process was quite straightforward and we were informed about any potential charges in advance, so there weren't any hidden charges.response / report this review -

The worst car rental service ever.
They fool their customers and report old scratches if the customer didn't noticed that at the beginning.
They promise to investigate but they do nothing but charge your account.
DON'T EVER TRUST dollar rent car

Good place to rent a car.
Cars were always in good condition, clean, well maintained. Once even brandnew.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
No problems driving to Oman.
Delivery service 10/10.
All other services from DOLLAR 10/10
Unfortunately last time collection service was late by over an hour, therefore only 1/10.
Overall I can recommend DOLLAR for UAE.

Great service, nice staff, excellent car. We got upgraded and they gave us a brand new Toyota corolla. The car was clean and full. Downside is they are not effective. Check in took 30 minutes and drop of took 50

Dubai airport (known as DXB) had 4 terminal. Terminal 1 for all airlines except Emirates airline. Terminal 2 for FlyDubai and some small airlines mostly for countries near Dubai (actually second or third airliner). Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 dedicated to Emirates airline. Terminal 1 is crowded always because of many airlines and is not big enough like 3 and 4.

The car that I was given to me broke down an hour after I got it: It had a battery problem. I had to wait for more than 2 hour under a scorching heat. They only showed up after I call 5 times to their office (I was on roaming).
The GPS was crappy and it was constantly freezing. I lost count of the times I had to reset it!
