DO NOT RENT from this place please. This is a friendly request to all if you want to enjoy your vacation. You have a lot of choice right after you get to the parking lot. Hurtz, Dollar, Enterprise.
They still scamming me for withdrawal from my CC until this day I keep seeing $11, $211, $329.
my rent was $196 and already paid for and done.
If you do please keep checking your statement for any additional from this place.
Sixt customer service will not help you. They will stay it’s a franchise and we can’t control.response / report this review -

do not rent from this car company. they will scam you for damages after 3 months of renting a car!! plus they take authorization on your credit card without your approval. this company is unprofessional and not worth renting from. Better choices out there.

If you want to ruin your vacation then this is the place for it. I rented E class and I was expecting to get a 2017 but instead I got 2015 with so many scratches on it and it’s has around 50,000 km on it! And I had to call them everyday to replace my car but they used to say that they don’t have 2017 available. I mean I payed 600 dirhams per day to get over used car what a disappointment! Never gonna come here again or recommend it to anyone!

An absolute disgrace. No baby seat when we turned up (despite being 'guaranteed' as we pre-booked on line) and we were told that we had to drive without it 'holding on' to our 8 month son. I couldn't believe it. Eventually they found a very old one and yet they couldn't fit it in properly (after over 2 hours of waiting) and they had to replace it the next day. This is not to mention the rude staff and general incompetence of the whole outfit. Please save yourself the pain and do not use.

Very poor service, spent hours of my short weekend trip waiting for and trying to contact them (they don't answer phones) on car pickup and drop off! Will never use again.

They are ROBBERS!!! Don't rent with them Service was sooooo POOR!!!
I booked a car seat along with a car 2 weeks before picking it up but No car seat was waiting for me when I arrived in Dubai.
They only proposed me to give my money back. No other solution. Really???
I was told that Sixt would provide me with a car seat the day after They never called me!!!
The worse:
After dropping off the car everything was clear, no dent on the car, tank full of gas, you guys know the routine
What was my surprise when I figured out that they took my deposit 1 month later???? They are true ROBBERS.
Do yourself a favor, don't rent with SIXT DUBAI, any other one would be way better than them

We used this car rental on the weekend just for 3 hours and it could not have been easier. Best thing of this car rental is that it has a grace period so if you return the car within this period after your scheduled return time; you won't be charged any extra fees. Returning your rental vehicle after the grace period will cost you, but not as much as you might think.
